Information processed
PRG may process account identity and contact information, beta-access request information, organization and role information, authentication identifiers, beta-grant status and expiration, legal-acceptance records, support communications, service activity, security telemetry, and technical information needed to operate and secure InsReg AI.
Purposes
PRG uses information to review beta requests, grant or revoke access, authenticate users, operate and secure InsReg AI, administer beta entitlements, document acceptance of beta terms, respond to support requests, investigate abuse or security events, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
Acceptance records
PRG may retain the authenticated user identifier, approved email address, beta grant identifier, document identifier, document version, cryptographic content hash, acceptance timestamp, acceptance mechanism, and source or context of acceptance.
Service providers
PRG may use selected providers for authentication, hosting, databases, security, analytics, communications, source control, infrastructure, AI/model services, and other functions needed to operate InsReg AI. Providers receive information only as needed to perform services for PRG.
Retention and security
PRG retains information as reasonably necessary for beta administration, security, legal-acceptance evidence, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and records management. PRG applies administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and Service.
User choices
Users may contact support@pattonrg.com regarding access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal, contractual, or evidentiary purposes.
Changes
A material change to these beta privacy terms may receive a new immutable version and content hash and may require renewed affirmative acceptance.
