Private beta
These terms describe the current, limited private-beta use of the PRG website and InsReg AI. Commercial terms are not active yet.
Access is reviewed individually and may be limited, changed, suspended, or withdrawn while InsReg AI and its source coverage continue to develop. A beta request, account creation, or planned-pricing display does not guarantee access or commercial availability.
Accounts are personal unless PRG authorizes organization-based access. Users must protect their credentials and may not share them, scrape or reverse engineer the service, circumvent controls, use unauthorized automation, or obtain unauthorized access to the platform or another user's information.
InsReg AI is an informational research tool, not legal advice. It does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. Users remain responsible for professional judgment, source verification, and decisions made using the service; cited original sources remain authoritative.
To protect reliability, security, and equitable access, PRG may apply proportionate safeguards. An unusually rapid burst of search activity may temporarily slow response times, and PRG may temporarily limit activity while reviewing apparent abuse or a security concern. These are not routine monthly usage quotas.
Coverage is selected, evolving, and may be incomplete. Beta services are provided on an as-available basis and may contain errors or incomplete features. PRG does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every regulatory source is complete or current.
Before a commercial subscription, checkout, or payment can be activated, PRG will present the then-current Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Acceptable Use Policy, and—where applicable—Organization Account Terms for affirmative acceptance.
